Abstract
The life situation of women and their families was identified through a study of the space framework or territory they inhabit temporarily, their experience in terms of material, emotional and social losses, benefits and adquisitions, the meaning and importance that women's health care has for them, and the risks derived from their shelter conditiosn, the search of a new identity and the construction of a social patrimony that, from all contexts and points of view, affects the health of women and their families.
It should be taken into account that these women are forced to adapt abruptly to new conditions because they have been displaced and are, paradoxically, foreigners in a territory that only recognizes them as Colombian citizens by word of mouth.
