Abstract

This paper gives account of a study on the experiences of three teachers that participated in the PENTA UC trainee program and afterwards applied their knowledge in the education practice. A qualitative case study method was used in order to describe the scope of the program and the characteristics that the three teachers' experiences had in common, as found by interviews and observation. Although the three works in different fields and with non-gifted students, all of them agreed that the changes and significant learning experience as transferred to teaching practice were relevant.
