Abstract

The work presented here comes from the demand to equip students and teachers with tools needed in practice and which, due to the limitation of curricula, are not being teached during the regular train- ing. this paper presents the results of a study assessing the training needs of stu- dents at the Faculty of Education at the University of Cordoba and the Sagrado Corazón teacher training School and the construction of a complementary educa- tion plan aimed at acquiring the compe- tences needed in teaching practice.
