Abstract

Actually, epilepsy surgery is a treatment option in patients with refractory epilepsy. The epileptogenic zone definition is the most important target for the surgical treatment and its definition is the result of a careful evaluation by a multidisciplinary Tim finding the epileptogenic area, irritative area, etc, enunciated by Luders and then, choice the best surgical alternative. We present here the protocol proposal of the Universitary Hospital of San Ignacio.
