Abstract

This document describes the characteristics of practicareflexiva.pro, an online platform that was created in 2011 to disseminate reflexive practice as a paradigm for professional development of teachers. Its foundation is a profound and consistent theoretical framework and it combines elements that have demonstrated a great potential for the improvement of performance and well-being of education professionals. Apart from the description of the platforms structures (what resources can be found, their structure, how to use them), the text focuses on the theoretical foundation that served as inspiration to the experts who created practicareflexiva. pro for all teachers.
