Abstract
The manifestation of Schwann neoplastic cells are a rare entity, were has been commonly reported in vestibular región and in other parts of the head. However, the manifestation of this type of neoplasia in lower limbs is rare. Therefore is reported the case of a 23 years old female patient, who had bothers in the back of her right leg, like a bulk. She had a radiology consultation, where they did an ultrasound and subsequently biopsied the lesion. Pathological service confirmed the diagnosis of Schwanoma. This represents the first reported case in Latinamerica with these atypical features.
