Disseminated Cytomegalovirus: Report of a Case

Abstract
This article presents a case of a man without previous history of disease, which initially consulted for abdominal pain. Acute cholecystitis is documented in findings of cytomegalovirus disease. In addition, it has many manifestations, including respiratory symptoms, gastrointestinal bleeding, pancytopenia. Was documented HIV infection, and serological and histological signs of cytomegalovirus, citomegalovirus diagnosis is made in the context of widespread HIV infection.
