Abstract

This paper studies the construction and validation process of a diagnostic instrument developed with the aim of knowing the level of education and knowledge of students enrolled in the bachelor of education program in Spain, regarding the implementation of Information and communication technologies among people with disabilities. The expert judgment technique was used to implement a process of selection of experts, not very usual in our educational research for content validation, the socalled “coefficient of expert competence” or “K coefficient”.
