Abstract

Conflicts are situations characterized by divergence of thoughts, interests or needs of two or more people. they exist in several environments, including high- er education, particularly related with evaluation issues. a study case with 110 students and 26 college teachers was carried out in order to identify the dif- ferent methods of conflict management. the analysis of interviews and surveys showed eight trends for conflict man- agement which make social and com- munity behavioral training possible.
