Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the conditions of on-line and distance learning during the pandemic, and the way in which human and technological mediation favors learning in secondary education. Towards that end, an on-line questionnaire was employed, with a probabilistic sample of 2,207 students in the urban zone of Morelia, Michoacán, with a 98% level of trustworthiness. The results show better conditions for learning in the student body which has access to the internet (90%) and receives on-line classes (71%). It concludes that technological mediation favors learning and recommends its adoption when the pandemic ends.
