Abstract

This article presents, from the point of view of the teachers, those new challenges faced by them at Compulsory High School Education (in Spanish, ESO). It aims to know the education needs that arise from this situation with the purpose of propose new types of permanent education for the teachers, as an institutional support to the attention to the diversity of students coexisting at the classrooms. Using the multiple case study method, we analyzed and interpreted the information leading to practical conclusions, with high possibilities of being taken into account for permanent education of the involved.
