Abstract

We report the case of a four years-old female proceeding from rural nor-oriental Colombia, without previous medical history, who was admitted to our institution with an abdominal mass that was noted one month previous to the consult, associated to ictericia, weight loss and hiporexia. A bilateral Wilms tumor was documented on diagnostic images. The patient received preoperative chemotherapy and was treated with bilateral partial nephrectomy.
