Resumo

En este artículo se presenta la identificación y la revisión de aquellas personas que han asistido al Hospital Universitario San Ignacio con un cuadro de perforación ocular y enfermedad reumática. Se encontraron cinco casos (tres mujeres y dos hombres) con diagnósticos de artritis reumatoide, síndrome de Sjögren y lupus eritematoso sistémico. En este artículo se presentan los casos y se revisa la información disponible sobre esta complicación en enfermedad autoinmune.
