Trombose não puerperal idiopática aguda da veia ovariana: relato de caso e breve revisão da literatura

Resumo
A trombose venosa gonadal é uma doença rara associada a estados hipercoaguláveis. Ocorre principalmente no período pós-parto, ou menos freqüentemente em outras condições ginecológicas obstétricas, como cesáreas, abortos, neoplasias ginecológicas e doenças inflamatórias pélvicas (DIP). O presente documento é uma revisão de caso da literatura associada ao relato de um caso com apresentação incomum dessa entidade que nos leva a relembrar essa condição como um diagnóstico diferencial na dor abdominopélvica aguda, bem como sua abordagem diagnóstica e tratamento no serviço. de emergências.
