Abstract

It is characterized by a systematic and rigorous data collection, analysis and presentation of results. In this article, we present the main features of this approach and we describe how it is carried out, by emphasizing the dilemmas that the practice of phenomenographic approach has generated. At the end of this article, the reader will be able to identify the possibilities of this approach and make decisions about the stages of the research process.
