Abstract
The SARS COV-2 pandemic forced education, on a world level, to modify its teaching-learning practices, and, among other countries, considerably affected the Colombian setting. This study focuses on an analysis of the perceptions of those in a degree course in a public university in the city of Barranquilla (Colombian Department of Atlántico) of the availability of the technology, and the degree of literacy and appropriation of Information and Communication Technologies. Utilizing a methodology of a descriptive nature, the investigation showed that there were digital gaps, especially to do with the availability of internet services and the students ́ lack of knowledge of educational platforms.
