Abstract

State of the art that analyzes researches published since 2016, about motivation in medical students, to recognize the main topics and gaps on the subject. The descriptors DeSC and Mesh used were: motivation learning and medical students. From the interpretation of 45 articles, emerged as thematic nucleus: the student, their relationships with peers and teachers, active didactics mediaded by technology, practice scenarios, the curriculum and theories of motivation. Interest is shown by studying factors that influence extrinsic motivation and autonomous learning. It is proposed to reinforce the external curricular relevance from motivating experiences for the student.
