Abstract
This paper reviews the discussion on the formation of political subjectivity, socialization and the claiming of rights in secondary education, in Colombia. It aims to analyze the state of the debate around the role of these three topics in the construction of the political environment and political activities at school. An effort is made to relate micro and macro context with aspects of daily life and the circumstances as perceived by the agents that are present at schools and have roles as social actors.
