Resumo

Morir con dignidad o el derecho a una muerte digna es un tema de coyuntura en la humanización de la medicina. Ha despertado extensas discusiones y existen perspectivas muy diferentes. Para algunos, por ejemplo, es el suicidio asistido o la eutanasia; para otros se trata de la posibilidad de morir sin dolor y reconciliado consigo mismo y con los demás. Morir con dignidad es un acto humano que se asume de acuerdo con la visión metafísica y religiosa de cada uno.
