Abstract
Corpus callosotomy is a technique old today it is still a therapeutic option in patients with refractory epilepsy, especially patients with multifocal epilepsy, Tonic seizures, atonic and drops attacks, is a safe surgery with low morbidity and mortality to be most often transient complications.
